what are SkyPANELS™?

SKYPANELS™ brings a breath of the outdoors... inside. They are custom designed replacement diffusers that replace the existing diffusers over fluorescent lighting fixtures. They help to reduce harsh glare while providing a pleasant and calming viewing experience.

what are SkyPANELS™ made of?

SKYPANELS™ are made of acrylic.  The images are screen printed onto the panels.  SKYPANELS™ have a 10 year outside UV protection coating. Under normal conditions SKYPANELS™ last up to 20 years. 

how do you install SkyPANELS™?

SKYPANELS™ are very easy to install. Most installation can be done in minutes with minimal effort and only a few simple tools. Click here to see the diagram on installation.

what sizes are available?

SKYPANELS™ come in a standard size designed to fit most fluorescent fixtures. They are 24 x 48. You can trim them with a simple razor knife to fit smaller sizes.

do SkyPANELS™ cut down on the amount of light output?

SKYPANELS™ remove unwanted glare and harsh lighting effects. At first, it might seem slightly darker in the area but you will notice an improvement in the quality and effectiveness of your light. In some cases, our panels have helped to reduce headaches and migraines caused from fluorescent lights.

what side of the SkyPANELS™ panel should face up?

Either side of the panel will work. Our panels provide the same great look with either side facing up. Although we do suggest having the image side face down as it looks better to most people.

do I have to cut a hole in my ceiling to install SkyPANELS™?

No. SKYPANELS™ replace your existing fluorescent light diffusers and do not require any special modifications to your ceiling.

is there a warranty that comes with SkyPANELS™?

USA SKYPANELS™ warrants that the panels shall conform in size, cut and color to the specifications indicated on the order.  USA SKYPANELS™ shall have no liability to the customer with respect to any defect in the panels caused by improper storage, usage or other conditions not within the control of USA SKYPANELS™.

what is the return policy?

Customers can return SKYPANELS™ as long as they are in the same condition as when they where shipped.  However, there will be no refund on shipping and handling cost.

how much is shipping and handling?

SKYPANELS™ are shipped 1-12 panels per box at a cost of $14.95 for the first box, $19.95 for the second box, and $29.95 for three or more boxes (excluding AK, HI). SKYPANELS™ will always be shipped at a maximum of 12 panels per box. For prices for AK, HI, or international shipping please contact USA SKYPANELS™

what forms of payment can I USE?

We can accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Check or Money Orders (All checks & money orders must be received and processed before shipping.)

How are Skypanels™ shipped? how long does shipping take?

All panels are shipped in 14x14x25 boxes with no more than twelve panels per box. All panels are shipped within 2-3 business days using FED-EX.

Do i have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax rate for CA residents is 8.25% and there is no sales tax for customers outside of CA.

can i receive a discount?

No, we are a non-profit organization and the proceeds go to help charities. We are not able to give discounts on orders.

How do i donate a light panel to a charity?

USA SKYPANELS™ works with several different charities, if you would like us to donate a light panel on your behalf to one of the charities that we work with please get in contact with us directly to set up a donation. If you would like to donate a light panel to a charity that we do not work with at this time, you can do so by purchasing a light panel on our website and on the shipping information place the information of the charity you would like the panel sent to.
